Front & Fulton
Located in historic neighborhood of German Village in Columbus, OH, 477 Front Street is a historic redevelopment of the L. Hoster & Sons Brewery. The brewery started in Columbus as a small operation in 1836, producing just 300 barrels of ale a year and grew with Columbus over the years since. With a new Ownership and Development team and fresh eyes from a great design team this collection of brewery buildings will be injected with new vitality and new life as a mixed-use development. Stage Capital Partners is an active development team member and equity investor.
Alton Place is a 360-acre master planned community in Hilliard, Ohio just outside of Columbus. The nearly $300 million project will include a variety of single-family homes as well as a village town center with commercial uses that will serve as an amenity to the surrounding community. Stage Capital Partners is an equity investor in the project.
District at 15Fifteen
The District at 1515 is an exciting new mixed-use project strategically located in Parsippany, New Jersey. The project has 1,000 linear feet of frontage along Route 10, which carries more than 60,000 vehicles per day past the site. The project will provide a combination of upscale national and local retailers, restaurants, cafes, and specialty services in a vibrant town center environment. Stage Capital Partners is an equity investor in the project.
Stage Capital Partners (“SCP”) was engaged by Solstice Sleep Products to assist with selecting a site for their sixth manufacturing facility after SCP’s performance in their most recent facility in Columbus, OH. SCP & Solstice identified several locations in South Carolina and ultimately acquired a new, 101,500 warehouse in Marion, SC. SCP was able to secure a 10-year tax abatement through the county for this project. SCP also worked with Solstice Sleep Products to secure state grants, job development credits and job tax credits.
Pearl & Columbus
The Property is located in the Columbus, OH MSA with an estimated population of 2.1M (2019). It is in the sought after suburb of German Village, 1 mi. south of the Columbus CBD. Surrounding buildings are historic homes to the east, to the west lies the Brewery District commercial corridor. There is a limited amount of commercial space located in German Village. There is a parking lot in the front of 30 E. Columbus. This holds approx. 10 vehicles. That is a huge plus for this location. If this property is rented as one property, there are several break room areas. There are approximately 5 restrooms in total. There are two basements for storage and a small attic in one of the buildings.
