Stage Capital Partners (“SCP”) was engaged by Solstice Sleep Products to assist with selecting a site for their sixth manufacturing facility after SCP’s performance in their most recent facility in Columbus, OH.  SCP & Solstice identified several locations in South Carolina and ultimately acquired a new, 101,500 SF warehouse in Marion, SC.  SCP was able to secure a 10-year tax abatement through the county for this project.  SCP also worked with Solstice Sleep Products to secure state grants, job development credits and job tax credits.

In addition to assisting with the site selection and acquisition of the property, SCP was responsible for managing all facets of the build-out of the facility and ensuring a smooth transition to operations.
